Our teenage-owned, family business is not Amazon - we won't win when it comes to speedy deliveries. Our products, many are hand-sewn, are produced once they are ordered. We want your experience with R2B World to be a happy one. Being your trusted, go-to company for quality products that elevate your everyday best is our aim and we will always do what is right to earn your trust and business. 

Where are we located?

R2B World is located in the United States. 

Where is your gear made?

We source products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers throughout the world that comply with labor, environmental, and safety standards. Our products, many of which are hand-sewn, are made primarily in the United States. Some products are hand-made in other parts of North America. 

Where do you ship your gear?

We only ship within the United States of America. 

When will I get my order?

It depends. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order - some products take longer. Please add 3-5 business days for shipping depending on your location within the United States. We share estimates by product within our online store to help set expectations. During high-volume seasons, please add more time just in case. We have the heart and spirit of Santa but lack his distribution network.   

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm that the correct delivery address was provided
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Check with neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at a home, please get in touch with us at info.r2bworld@gmail.com with your order number.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

Do you offer custom products?

Yes. We do offer customization and can offer R2B branded personal and team products. Please email us to inquire about your specific customization.
